Here at ARM Pavement Services, we are big fans of the holiday season. December’s arrival means time spent with cherished loved ones, lots of festive celebrations, and a feeling of profound joy and anticipation. During this time of year that brings such joy and happiness, we are hard at work securing appointments for our clients’ spring pavement maintenance. This is needed to ensure optimal paved surface condition during the busy warm weather shopping season.
The hustle and bustle of the holidays reminds us of why we are here, which is to work hard and deliver excellence for our customers, and it also fills us with a profound gratitude. We are grateful for all of our customers-from commercial property owners and property managers, to municipal government representatives, and residential HOA boards and everything in between. The loyalty of our customers has allowed us to provide these services for them year after year.
Perhaps most importantly of all, we are grateful for our employees. This of course includes our field personnel and other front line service team members, as they are out in the public eye daily delivering our services to our clients. We also are grateful for our in house personnel-our maintenance and repair teams, our administrative and office personnel, and our management. It is the team work of all of these individuals collectively that makes our dream work.
The holidays are one of the busiest times of year as our client facilities are bustling with activity related to the holiday season. It is our pleasure, and distinct honor to be chosen and trusted by our customers to keep their paved surfaces looking their best for the benefit of their employees, visitors, and clients. We deeply appreciate the loyalty and trust bestowed upon us by our customers, and it is our intention this holiday season and all year long to do everything in our collective powers to remain worthy of that trust and loyalty.
